This page describes the data processed by tenex.studio, why it is processed, and your rights. The site has no user accounts and a single form, the AI visibility report: it collects very little data.

Audience measurement
The site uses Vercel Analytics, which aggregates anonymous data without cookies: page views, country, device type. No data identifies a visitor.
The site also uses Google Analytics to measure traffic. This data is only used to understand how the site is used. It is never sold or matched against other records.
No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.
Booking a call
Call booking goes through Cal.com. You provide your name, your email and a time slot. This information is only used to prepare and hold the call.
AI visibility report
To receive the PDF report, you provide your name, role, work email and company. This data is used to generate the report, send it to you and discuss it with you.
It is also used to send you, from time to time, TeneX Studio tips and offers on AI visibility and websites. Legal basis: the studio’s legitimate interest in prospecting professionals. Every message carries an unsubscribe link, and the address is removed right away.
This data is stored with Resend, our email delivery provider, along with the analysed site and its score. It is kept for three years after the last exchange, then deleted.
Email and phone
If you write to contact@tenex.studio or call the studio, your contact details are only used to reply and follow up on the conversation. They are never passed to third parties for prospecting.
Hosting and retention
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., with servers located in the European Union. Project-related exchanges are kept for the duration of the business relationship, then archived according to legal obligations.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your data. Write to contact@tenex.studio; requests are handled free of charge.
You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
