Keyword stuffing means repeating a term excessively and artificially in a text to try to manipulate rankings.
The practice dates back to early search engines, which counted occurrences instead of analyzing meaning. Today it hurts readability and triggers algorithmic penalties.
Stuffed text is easy to spot at a glance: heavy sentences, needless repetition. Search engines and readers penalize it the same way.
