Page Speed

Page speed measures how long it takes a page to load and become usable for the visitor.

It depends on image weight, the number of scripts loaded, hosting, and the code itself. Every extra second of loading time raises the abandonment rate before the page even displays.

It is also a Google ranking factor through Core Web Vitals. A fast site is not a technical nicety: it is a baseline condition to convert visitors and to get found.
